This apartment is part of the complex "Pagliarulo".
The complex, consisting in four apartments with
a large private garage, is situated in one of
the most panoramic and suggestive points of
the Amalfi Coast: Marmorata, the part of the
beautiful Ravello nearest the sea.
The apartment has access to a "infinity" pool
with large solarium, shared with the other 5
villas of the complex.
Accommodation:
It is the apartment on the second floor. At
the entrance, from the large corridor access
you enter, on the left, the luminous sitting-room
with three balconies with sea view. On the right,
the completely renewed kitchen equipped with
all modern comforts and electrical appliances;
continuing you find the first bathroom with
whirlpool shower and the two bedrooms, elegantly
furnished, one of them with a private bathroom.
Both bathrooms are decorated with the typical
precious majolica tiles from Vietri. Besides,
there is a large private terrace with a garden
equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs
to enjoy your meals “al fresco”. At Your disposal
a parking place in the garage for your own car.

*Rates are considered for 4 people. Daily supplement
of Euro 30,00 for each extra person.
Rental period can start and finish any day of
the week.
For stay of at least 14 days, a reduction of 10%
is applied on the above tariffs except in june,
july, august and september.
For stay of 3 days a supplement of 20% may be
applied if a friday or a saturday is included
in the holiday period only in high and highest
season.
For stay of 4 days a supplement of 15% may
be applied if a friday or a saturday is included
in the holiday period only in high and highest
season.
Extra costs to be paid to the keyholder
1) Cleaning of the apartment during the stay on
request: Euro 15,00 for hour
2) Daily cost parking: Euro 15,00
3) Extra linen and towel change during the week:
Euro 10,00 per person if requested
4) Final cleaning: Euro 50,00
5) Baby sitting available on request: Euro 18,00
