Rental period can start and finish any day of
the week.
For stay of at least 14 days, a reduction of
10% is applied on the above tariffs except in
june, july, august and september.
For stay of 3 days a supplement of 20% may be
applied if a friday or a saturday is included
in the holiday period only in high and highest
season.
For stay of 4 days a supplement of 15% may
be applied if a friday or a saturday is included
in the holiday period only in high and highest
season.
Extra costs to be paid to the keyholder
1) Cleaning of the apartment during the stay

2) Daily cost parking: Euro 15,00
3) Extra linen and towel change during the week:
