The Villa, with direct access to the sea and bathing-platform, is situated in one of the most quite and suggestive place of the Amalfi Coast, precisely in Marmorata, the part of the beautiful Ravello nearest the sea. Even if it is completely restructured and equipped of any comforts, the Villa preserves all the charm and elegance of a dwelling of the end of the eighteenth century. All the rooms have got balconies and terraces with stunning sea view.
The Villa has got four floors and the entrance is at the street level.

Accommodation:

• At the ground level, from the entrance you enter a small area that, on the left, opens on the large and prestigious furnished sitting-room and, on the right, there are the stairs that leads you to the other two floors.
• At the first floor, there are two bedrooms with original period pieces all well preserved: the first one, breathless and completely frescoed; the second one finely and elegantly furnished. At disposal of both bedrooms, a really modern bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath tub, embellished with the precious original glazed “cotto” tiles of Vietri. On this floor there is also a wardrobe area and a small bathroom.
• At the second floor, there is a gorgeous and elegant mansard composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a private little terrace with stunning sea view.
• At the lower floor, there is a spacious dining-room with a modern kitchen and also a bathroom with shower. From this floor you enter the two garden-terraces at complete disposal of the entire Villa, equipped with tables, chairs and sun deck chairs. Obviously, thanks to the enchanting panorama and to the luxurious outdoor furniture, it is possible to organize gorgeous candle-light dinners.
• The Villa is surrounded by a splendid park full of flowers and, in common with other three houses, there is the access to the sea (about 120 steps) and the bathing-platform.

*Rates are considered per villa per day for 6 people. Daily supplement of Euro 50,00 for each extra person. Only in low season the daily supplement is Euro 30,00 for each extra person.

Rental period can start and finish any day of the week.

For stay of at least 14 days, a reduction of 10% is applied on the above tariffs except in june, july, august and september.

For stay of 3 days a supplement of 20% may be applied if a friday or a saturday is included in the holiday period only in high and highest season.

For stay of 4 days a supplement of 15% may be applied if a friday or a saturday is included in the holiday period only in high and highest season.


Extra costs to be paid to the keyholder

1) Cleaning of the apartment during the stay on request: Euro 15,00 for hour
2) Daily cost parking: Euro 15,00
3) Extra linen and towel change during the week: Euro 10,00 per person if requested
4) Final cleaning: Euro 100,00
5) Baby sitting available on request: Euro 18,00 per hour
