This delicious studio apartment of about 40
square meters , is the annex of the main Maria
apartment , it has one sitting dining room with
two sofa bed (one double and one single) it
sleeps three person, fitted kitchen furnished
in complete way with new and functional equipment:
one large fridge with freezer, 4 - burner stove,
oven, hood fan. The living room is furnished
with antique family furniture (wardrobe, sofa,
colour TV, and dining table). One bathroom decorated
with flowered majolica (Vietri tiles ) has a
shower. The little apartment Maria annex is
located in the heart of Amalfi, walking on the
main street of Via P. Capuano (the street for
shopping and promenade) and turning in typical
Arabs architecture street, you arrive very easily
at the apartment. The sea and the beach are
within walking distance, only few minutes away.
Apartment Maria annex is part of an ancient
and elegant palace , owned by one of the historical
families of Amalfi. The apartment is on the
second floor. It can be reached entering a courtyard
and a stairs. The little apartment Maria annex
is airy and luminous it has a delicious balcony
and a window looking to the characteristic comunal
courtyard and terrace. The apt. has been tastefully
restored and renowed in 2003. Apartment Maria
annex is also just five minutes from Piazza
Flavio Goia, where the buses that travel along
the Amalfi Coast can be boarded (you can easly
reach the other village of the the coast, as
well as Pompeii, Paestum, Naples, Sorrento and
Salerno). Nearby you can also board the ferries
that connect Amalfi to Positano, Capri, Sorrento
and Salerno.With Amalfi at the doorstep and
a beach only a walk away, this is a delightful
base to discover the Amalfi Coast.
