Just outside Conca dei Marini , admist the charming scenery of a verdant lemon grove, lies the lovely villa "Maria Pia".

From the property 100 steps lead down to the road level.
The position is quiet and peaceful and offers beautiful views over the sea and the Gulf of Salerno, even if at only 1 km you find simple shops and at 100 m the bus stop connecting Conca dei Marini with Naples.
The sea is about 2 km and can be reached also by public means.

From here you can reach in a short time many characteristic towns and interesting archeological sites of the area: Amalfi (5 km),Positano (15 km) ,Praiano (10 km), uand Sorrento (30 km), connected by one of Europe is most breathtaking roads, Pompei and Ercolano but also the islands of Capri and Ischia. The furnishings are simple and rustic, but very functional . Color TV (Italian Channel, washing machine heating). Guest share a nice swimming pool (10x5- 15x 3) surrounded by an area for sunbathing, and spacious terrace with garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dinners.

GROUND FLOOR: access to villa via staircase of approx 80 steps, entrance,on the left indipendent double bedroom (where two person can sleep at € 80 for week) with small wc., on the right, living- dining room which opens to the swimming pool area with open shower, and access through a stairs to the garden of olives, fitted kitchen with washing machine, and bath with shower.
MEZANINE FLOOR:: living area with confortable sofas (where can sleep two person) small studio/library with onother sofa bed available for two, and small wc .
FIRST FLOOR: twin bedded room with sea view.
