Characteristic apartment of 70 square meters
(approximately 750 square feet) which sleeps
six persons. The apartment is in a restored
house on the beach of Positano, the most renowed
town of Amalfi Coast.. The house, which has
been divided into 8 apartments, is located in
one of the charming areas of the coast, just
30 m (30 yards) from the sea . Nina has a covered
terrace with a view of the beach and of the
sea; thanks to is enchanting position, the building
enjoys a great amount of sunlight . The property
borders the main beach (equipped with beach
chairs and sun umbrellas that you can hire).
Just 100 m from the tourist harbour with embarkation
for Capri and Ischia isles. The house can be
reached by walking along a characteristic and
colorful alleys that by means of stairways lead
directly to the beach and the sea. In a radius
of 200 meters are all kinds of shops where you
can purchase food products, local crafts and
the characteristic ceramics, 15 km. from Amalfi,
16 km. from Sorrento. The apartment has satellite
TV and air conditioning. Pay car park 500 meters
away. Central heating. Baby -bed available.

Mezanine Level : Living d ining room with a
divan bed that sleeeps two guests, firplace,
table, chairs and Television. In the living
room there is a kitchenette equipped with two
electric burners and a refrigerator with freezer.
One bedroom with a double bed , one bedroom
with two single beds. A bathroom with shower,
and onother bathroom which only has a washbasin
and toilet. The living room and the bedroom
with a double bed have glass doors to enter
the terrace . The bedroom with two single beds
has an arched opening that connects it to the
living room. This opening can be closed with
a heavy blue curtain. The terrace is equipped
with a beach umbrella , deck chairs, a table
and chairs. Flower pots and bougainvilleas frame
the view of the sea . Sitting here, al fresco,
you will be able to enjoy a charming view of
the village of Positano and of the beach.
