The apartment Sunshine is 35 square meters (325 square feets). It features a double bedroom, a complete kitchen – TV – air conditioning.
Located in the centre of Amalfi at just few steps far from the Duomo and all major interesting places, this apartment offers the ideal location for your holidays : all Amalfi beaches 100 meters away, availability of every kind of shops and services, by walk (Post office, banks, tourist information, every type of connections, by boat or local buses).
The door entrance is independent, and the windows looks onto an internal patio, which grant to the guests silence and privacy, in the middle of the ancient part of Amalfi, by the typical narrow streets «vicoli», so characteristic of the local urbanism.
The apartment features a large double bed, and if you need another sleep, there will be a soft ottoman footrest that transforms into a comfortable bed!
Accommodation:
The apartment has been totally restored into a wonderful modern flat, with design furniture, sober and elegant.
The flat has two rooms and a complete bathroom as well as a little balcony. You will enjoy the fresh and bright kitchen with a spacious cooking, and provided with bright new equipment, as Satellitar TV, little electric oven, plate magnetic induction cooker hob, recommended as the most safe equipment for kitchen, a fridge, independent air conditioning, electric kettle. The kitchen is provided with all necessary furnishings, to cook and eat, as well as with complete breakfast foods.
The bathroom is very pretty, with a large shower and a bidet, as well as a professional hairdryer wall, for your own comfort. The room is furnished with a complete clean bedroom and bathroom linen.

Min: € 95 ; Max: € 120
On Fridays and Saturdays, for some accommodations, rates could be higher than maximum, during peak season.
For long stays a discount may be applied on the above tariffs.
Extra charge to be paid locally:
– € 30,00 for final cleaning
– € 100,00 for security deposit to the keyholder
– Tax visitors: From April 1 to November 2: € 1.50 per person per night for the first 4 nights, € 0.75 thereafter. Guests aged under 10 are exempt.
